Egypt (Zagazig University) Opening the door for progress for the Egyptian-American Cooperation Program in its 22nd session
The Science, Technology and Innovation Funding Authority (STDF), in cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine in the United States of America, announces the opening of the door to progress for the Egyptian-American Cooperation Program in its 22nd session, which aims to enhance joint cooperation in scientific and technological activities and fields of common interest in both countries. By providing opportunities for the exchange of ideas, information, skills and techniques and cooperation in the scientific and technological fields to promote economic development.
Support can be taken as follows:
A “research visit for young researchers” is short-term visits by young researchers to American institutions, with a maximum of 25,500 US dollars and a period not exceeding 9 months.
“Joint Project Grants” aims to enhance research cooperation between Egyptian and American scientists, with a maximum of $200,000 per research team in each country, and the duration is 2-3 years.
Researchers from Egyptian research bodies in Egypt and the United States are entitled to apply, knowing that the deadline for receiving research proposals is January 25, 2023.
