Egypt (Beni-Suef University) Signing a joint cooperation protocol between Assiut University and Bani Sweif Technolgical University

Assiut University, headed by Dr Tarek El-Gamal, signed a joint cooperation protocol with Bani Sweif Technological University headed by Dr Mohamed Shoukr Nada to benefit from the scientific and practical experience of both parties, in addition to cooperating in organizing programs, training courses, workshops and conferences between the two universities.

The protocol signing ceremony was attended by Dr Maha Kamel Ghanem, Vice President of Assiut University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Shawkat Saber, Secretary General of Assiut University, and a group of leaders.

The protocol includes cooperation between the two universities in the areas of training and technical and practical applications for students,  through the use of the workshops and laboratories available in the two universities, holding joint conferences under the auspices of the two universities in the areas of industrial and technological development, training and employment, and exchanging teaching and administrative staff members between the two universities to serve the educational process and practical applications.

The protocol also includes introducing new joint programs between the two parties to develop the surrounding environment and qualify graduates for the labour market, cooperating in postgraduate studies and scientific research, and establishing joint professional and study programs between the two parties.

The protocol contributes to strengthening cooperation between the two universities, especially within the framework of the efforts of the Bani Sweif Technological University to expand its programs in Assiut governorate and of Bani Sweif governorate, as work is underway to benefit from the Silicon Oasis in Assiut, in addition to the Silicon Oasis in Bani Sweif.
