Institut Supérieur De L'informatique Et De Gestion organized the 3rd International Conference on Smart Learning Environmentsin tunis from 28 to 30 september 2016 under the auspices of the association for training and innovation in media and conduct in kairouan in cooperation with the information technology research laboratory. In particular, the conference is interested in providing modern scientific research on intelligent learning and ict uses to promote learning and education which is tightly supervised by the international publisher Springer. The conference includes interventions by a number of keynote speakers from international academics and experts in the field of intelligent learning, as well as a significant number of scientific papers selected by the Scientific Jury of the Conference. Also, in parallel with the conference work, there are specialized scientific workshops on technologies that help with education and mobile application development.
