Profile

Dr. Paul Kariuki is a lecturer and a consultant in strategic management. He has a PhD in business administration, MBA in business administration from the University of Nairobi, Bachelor of Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a qualified accountant and has undertaken management and leadership courses locally and internationally.  Paul has vast experience spanning 20 years in marketing, management, consultancies, training and lecturing in public and private Universities. He has published in peer review international journals and presented in conferences locally and regionally.  He has been an assessor of firms participating in Organization Performance Index excellence model in the Company of year award (COYA) including BIDCO, Nairobi Bottlers ltd, Lapfund, CPF, NHIF, among other firms.  He is a full member of the Kenya Institute of Management and Africa Academy   of Management. Paul is a consultant in strategic planning, leadership and governance, capacity building, change management, organization development and corporate strategies. Currently besides consultancy work, He is a lecturer in the department of Business Administration, Academic Leader in Leadership & Governance and Research Coordinator in Entrepreneurship and Procurement department in Nairobi CBD campus of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
